Fire risks are the most dangerous of all because if a fire breaks out in a building, it will damage that area of the structure and spread swiftly, perhaps resulting in death. Though only a small percentage of fires may be avoided or predicted in advance, the vast majority cannot, necessitating the use of fire safety precautions.
